Higher salaries not only draw more qualified candidates but also help retain experienced educators who might otherwise leave the profession for more lucrative opportunities. This shift could lead to a more competent and motivated teaching staff, ultimately raising the standard of education provided to students.

首先,更好的薪酬是吸引顶尖人才进入教学行业的重要诱因。更高的薪水不仅能吸引更多合格的候选人,还能帮助留住那些有经验的教育工作者,否则他们可能会离开这个行业,去寻找更有利可图的机会。这种转变可能会造就一支更有能力、更有动力的教师队伍,最终提高向学生提供的教育水平。
