不可否认，掌握高水平的计算机技能在就业市场更有竞争力。
1、有助于快速处理大量工作数据和信息。例如，熟练掌握高级办公软件能节省大量时间和人力成本，极大提高工作效率 。
2、且当今就业市场，对软件开发、人工智能等都对计算机技能有较高要求。具备这些高水平技能，能获得更多优质的工作机会，拓宽职业发展道路。
3、同时，在企业内部晋升时，掌握先进计算机技术的员工往往更受青睐，更有机会担任重要岗位 。然而，不同行业、不同岗位对计算机技能的要求存在差异。计算机技能并不是衡量事业成功的核心关键。
在某些特定领域，专业知识和技能才是取得成功的关键。
1、比如医生、律师等职业，需要深厚的专业知识储备、丰富的实践经验以及强大的逻辑思维和沟通能力。即使计算机技能水平一般，只要在专业领域足够精通，依然能在工作中大放异彩 。
2、成功的工作表现不仅仅取决于技术能力，其他能力例如沟通能力、团队协作能力、领导力等软技能同样重要。
In conclusion，我不太同意高的计算机技能是工作成功的必备因素，虽然能有助于提升市场竞争力，以及在晋升时获得更多机会。但是不同的行业有不同的专业需求，而专业的技能才是取得成功的关键。
