2、思路解析
这是一道观点类作文，题目跟进口食物相关，这也是雅思写作中比较常出现的一类话题。审题时候需要注意其中关键词“all population” 和“as little as possible”，这两个词都过于绝对，因此可以持反对观点。接下来月半鸭和大家一起梳理下，本国生产食物和进口食物分别的利弊。
首先来看国家自己生产食物的好处。
一是国家自己生产粮食意味着能够提供更多的农业和食品制造业的就业岗位。二是自给自足粮食有助于提保障本国粮食安全，粮食进口意味着当遇到全球粮食减产、或者国际粮食企业恶意操控价格等问题时，都会对国内造成负面影响，比如粮食价格上升超过居民承受能力，严重的可能还会造成饥荒以及国家安全问题。（如果有考鸭关心时政新闻，一定听到过国内的耕地红线和足量的粮食储备）
但是，不考虑实际情况一刀切的否定粮食进口也有问题。首先是很多国家本身的土地或气候并不具备合格的粮食种植条件，无法实现这一点，只能依靠进口。其次即使有种植条件，给所有人都提供粮食意味着大量的耕地，从经济角度来看，有些耕地其实可以用于种植价值更高或是更加丰富的经济农作物，通过出口这些农作物来换取粮食的进口可能更加划算。
而且，进口粮食本身也有好处，一是丰富本国居民的食物种类，特别是国内无法种植的产物。二是进口粮食，与国内产生竞争可能进一步促进国内相关产业的优化和发展。三是当国内一旦出现粮食短缺问题，可以通过进口粮食来保障本国居民的正常生活。

The agriculture sector is undergoing a tremendous transformation as a result of globalization's broad influence. However, it has been argued that all food should be produced locally and imports should be regulated within a country. Personally, I partially agree with this perspective.
No topic is more essential to the survival of a nation than food. If the agricultural market were extended to international corporations, a flood of cheap imported food products would wipe out domestic producers. This implies that the entire agricultural process would be governed by multinational corporations, and food security would be compromised in the event of international conflict and instability. Furthermore, a country's food safety and standard authority must take measures to make food license acquisition a prerequisite for importers.
However, no nation is capable of producing the entire diversity of foods required by the world's population. Some polar nations that are incapable of cultivating tropical fruits and vegetables are more likely to import these items, in addition to some processed foods that are imported from abroad. Such food would require more than simply controlled temperatures and humidity if this idea were put into action, and its production would cause more harm to the environment by releasing greenhouse gases.
To sum up, I believe that imported food should make up less than half of the food market, which requires the safeguarding of some essential local foods and the implementation of strict laws to supervise, sample, and store foreign food for security. With this in action, we can finally bring an end to the food crisis and ensure everyone food safety.
