首先还是交代故事背景，从两方面展开，其一可以说一下大概的时间点，是几年前还是最近几个月，其二主要聊一下“起因”，解释是出于什么目的、要获得什么信息，比如是要购物还是要做什么决定。
第二小问“How you got it”你是怎么获得的
这里主要是聊获得信息的渠道，也是有两个方面，一个是通过“人”，这个人是什么身份、TA有什么特征、你为什么找TA/TA出于什么目的告诉你；另一个是通过“物”，不管是网络上的信息查询，还是图书馆资料查询。然后还得补充，通过以上渠道，你获得的信息是什么，然后做了什么决定。
第三小问“How you found it was incorrect”你是怎么发现信息错误的
这里有两种情况，大家可以去聊，一种是“验证”，原本给出的信息的是什么，最后得到的结果/反馈是什么。第二种是“其他信息”，从其他渠道获得了可信度更高信息，或者是交叉验证发现了更准确的信息。
第四小问“how you felt about it” 你有何感受
聊感受也是可以从两方面展开，一个是针对于这件事，比如说消费产品发现被欺骗了，产生的愤怒，又或者是谁给你了/帮你纠正了这个错误信息，你对于TA的感受，是感激、敬佩、或者是憎恨等等；第二个方面可以聊一下信息筛选的问题，比如表达信息爆炸的时代，筛选有效信息的困难、市场监管力度的缺乏。以及可以怎么做，比如自己是辩证思维的培养、信息检索能力的提升。
