What are your Weaknesses?
来了来了，它来了！史上最tricky面试问题（没有之一） ----你的缺点是什么？
面试官可太太太太太太喜欢问这个问题了，面试官除了想考察文章中所提到的方面之外，在面试过程中抛出这个问题，也是在增加候选人面试中的压力，being "hard-hitting"
老师每次和同学做mock interview的时候，可以说只要问到这个问题，没有一位同学的回答是过关的，所以，今天这篇好好做笔记！

你和这份工作是否匹配
字面上的意思 - 真的想了解你有什么缺点
面对Weakness的态度是什么
面试官希望了解，面对挑战和困难，你是有努力在学习并克服的
Level of Confidence/Self-Awareness
一个对自己充分自信的人，不会犹豫不敢承认自己的缺点，吞吞吐吐或者想很久也是缺乏self-awareness的表现
What to avoid：
01、太假的
不要让人觉得你在说优点或者无病呻吟
Perfectionist; Work-life balance
02、和岗位要求相矛盾的
一定要详读Job Description, 选择一个和岗位要求不沾边的缺点
ex. 面试的是技术岗，那我们可以选择writing skills作为弱点
ex. 面试Event Planning的岗位，可以说自己是一 个没有办法停下来的人（sitting still for a long time）
03、太致命的
Lazy; always late; 不喜欢工作
04、没有问题
不可以说自己没有问题
缺点Example：
Soft Spoken
很好说话，有的时候不知道如何say no
Public Speaking
在很多人面前讲话/演讲会紧张
Tips：如果是面试偏技术的岗位，选择这一缺点去说没问题，但是如果是Sales，Consulting，Customer services 或者任何需要和人打交道的岗位的话，就算Public speaking是自己的弱点，也不要去说，避重就轻。
Lack of Experience
缺少实际在公司实习的经验
Tips：如果自己的简历上真的什么东西都没有，我们完全可以直面这个问题，自己主动提出来，但是也要阐述自己在学校里是非常活跃的，学校的projects也参与了不少，积累了一定量的经历，其实这也是为什么要申请这份岗位，想要积累一些实际工作中的经验。
Too Direct
有时给同事Feedback的时候过于直接了，很多时候改变一下我们说话的方式，可以更好地解决问题并且对方更容易接受
基本结构:
Weakness + 例子+ Action Plan（2-3个）+ 表态（进步了并在继续努力中）
举的这个例子一定要是一段时间之前发生的，这样有充足的我们可以改正和提升的时间。
Sample举例：
I would say that my biggest weakness is that I'm a little soft spoken. Sometimes, I just don't know how to say no to others. During my last summer internship, there was another intern Amy. She came to me and asked for my help on the project she was working on. I was really busy and working on my own project at that time. Instead of saying no to her I told her no problem I would help. As a result, I missed my DDL and was questioned by my supervisor.
After that time, I realized that this could be a huge problem and even affect my career. I then take some actions. Instead of saying no directly to a request, I would say 'let me think about it' to the person. I will think for five mins and then give the answer. I have to say that this is a really effective method for me. I've improved a lot and will keep working on it.
